Mobile App Developers
Joining our high calibre team of developers, along with project managers, designers and testers, you’ll have the chance to geek out on projects with an experienced group of pragmatic, passionate and proactive coders. You will build on a modern web and mobile stack, including iOS, Android, Windows 8, ASP.NET MVC and jQuery. To be considered for this opportunity, you must have previous development experience - ideally you’ll have developed mobile apps however this is by no means essential as we’ll be happy to provide training for the right candidate.
.NET Developer
Compsoft is the UK’s leading developer of mobile solutions, with blue chip customers including npower, Autoglass, Nissan and Hotels.com among many others. But we don’t just do apps – many of our solutions involve development of, and/or integration with, back-end systems, which is where you come in. To be considered for this opportunity, you must have previous development experience building web applications in ASP.NET MVC. Ideally you will also have a working knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery, CSS, SQL and an ORM (preferably Entity Framework), along with knowledge of Objective-C, C, C++ and/or Java. A good understanding of object orientated development practices would also be beneficial.
User Experience Designer/Developer
We are currently looking to recruit a first-rate User Experience Designer/Developer with up to date knowledge of trends and technology and an impressive portfolio. As many of our app projects require integration with back-end systems, you will get involved with both mobile and web-based interfaces. Working with our design and development teams, you will be responsible for initial app concepts and wire-framing through to front-end UI implementation. This role would suit either a designer with some web or mobile development skills, or a developer with a passion for user experience.
